I offer Yoga Therapy and therapeutic yoga sessions designed to support physical, emotional, and nervous system wellbeing. My work is rooted in accessibility, adaptation, and meeting each person where they are.

I work with individuals and groups, including those navigating injury, chronic pain, neurological conditions, stress, or simply looking for a more grounded and supportive yoga practice.

Sessions are available in-person in Toronto and are tailored to each individual or group setting.
